This site exists in order to encourage families and children of the incarcerated, and provide helpful information for all interested persons. Laura Kaeppeler, Miss Wisconsin 2011, founded Circles of Support as a result of her personal experience.
Mission
Circles of Support was created in an attempt to reduce the endless cycle of crime by mentoring children of incarcerated parents. It serves these children and their families by providing resources and tools to help them positively overcome adversity.
